For this manufacturer of Oriental foods we have designed a spiral conveyor in such a way that it also serves as a cooling conveyor. Specially designed conveyor belts with an "airy" frame carry the peanut sauce trays for a fixed period of time until they have cooled down sufficiently for further transport. We then built a distribution section of conveyors with a static divider to guide containers of different sizes to the correct packaging tables.
