Conversion syrup production lines

A producer of food and non-food liquids wanted to renew their two production lines of syrups, with reuse of existing conveyor belts where possible to save costs. The adaptation of the lay-out ensures that the new packer machines are efficiently supplied with increased capacity. The slat chain conveyors are equipped with aluminum / plastic side guides and stainless steel roofs; In addition, single filers, dividers and reject tables have been supplied and installed for the new lay-out. Our own mechanics ensured seamless integration of the new conveyor sections, the reused parts and the machines on site.
