conversion of production line

At a producer in the pharmaceutical industry, we have implemented a conversion to for serialization and aggregation of bottles and boxes.

The delivery included the conveyors between the cartoning machine and case packer.

In connection with the new functionality, a new printer and checker were added for the processing of the boxes.

In the new situation, there are two parallel routes, one for the processing of boxes and one for the processing of bottles. The choice between these routes can be made by means of the newly installed switching conveyor.
