Capacity increase in ketchup bottle transport

With a ketchup manufacturer we increased the capacity of the bottle transport. In order to realize this, a layout was designed with which the transport of a large volume of bottles could be accelerated considerably.

Mass transport and pressureless single filers, including cable trays and integrated roofing, have been used for transporting the empty plastic bottles. A cap conveyor has been built for the supply of caps with induction seal. And for the filled and sealed bottles, a conveyor belt has been created which leads them to the labeling machine and finally to the packaging machine via control equipment. Our heavy duty conveyor belts ensure speed and reliability. As an end result, a capacity increase of 71% has been achieved.

By placing our conveyor belts with our own technicians, the conveyors are quickly and efficiently installed and optimally adjusted, including the connections to the equipment present.
