We replaced part of a sauce filling line to increase capacity. From the capper, which seals the filled glass jars, a conveyor for mass transport and a buffer conveyor were constructed leading to a pressureless inliner. The inliner sends the jars in line over a control conveyor and dosing conveyor to the remaining, existing part of the line. The line is fully equipped with adjustable side guides to guide different jar diameters, and a cable duct with a robust strip that also protects the conveyor.
