Detection

Various detectors can be used to check products for closure, correct position or presence. We can of course combine this with an ejector and a reject table.

Dud-detectionA Dud detector inspects without contact whether a glass jar or bottle is properly vacuum closed.

Switching vane bridgesA switching vane bridge scans the top of a row of products to physically check whether products are present in the individual channels of a channel guide.

Detection bridgesA detection bridge can be equipped with photocells for checking the presence of a product or row of products.

Ejectors and reject tablesA reject table of the desired capacity receives rejected products.
